Does anyone else listen to music while working? πΆπ§
Depending on my mood and needs, I either go for chill music to help me focus or fun music to get energized. If you're looking for some new music to get you in the zone, I recently curated two public Spotify playlists that I wanted to share here π
π Fun Work Mix
An upbeat and energizing playlist - perfect for getting pumped up during UX research synthesis and planning (like building presentations and reports). This mix is especially fun when tackling repetitive tasks! Office chair dance party (and solo karaoke), anyone? Yes, please! It features a variety of genres like K-Pop, Indie Rock, Alt-Rock, House, Electronic Pop, Funk, Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, etc.

A calming playlist - great for deep focus during UX research synthesis and analysis. This mix is especially helpful for problem-solving and digesting a lot of information. I used to listen to a similar mix all through grad school while reading and taking notes. It's like handing your brain a warm cup of tea. You'll find a lot of Classical, Jazz, Indie, Folk, Instrumental, Shoegaze, Synth Pop, Bluegrass, etc.
I hope these playlists help you stay inspired today! Check them out and let me know what you think! π΅
